Napo Wildlife Centre is a remote lodge located next to Lake Anangu, catering superbly for nature lovers and enthusiasts. It has a strong reputation for being environmentally sustainable, and this focus makes it extremely attractive and interesting.
Accommodation at Napo Wildlife Centre
The lodge itself comprises of 20 private bungalows that overlook the lake. Each bungalow is self-contained and has ample space and hammocks overlooking the water. Each bungalow can sleep up to 3 people, but we recommend two per room. The rooms come equipped with fans, mosquito nets, hot running water and 4 have private jacuzzis.
Activities at Napo Wildlife Centre
Whilst here you can take part in a range of eco-friendly activities to explore this serene and beautiful spot. The region is home to over 200 types of mammals, 565 species of birds and a colossal variety of flora and fauna. You may kayak down river, trek (at day and night) in the forest, climb the 120ft tall viewing platform and much more. The native local guides are members of the Anangua community that know this area like the back of their hands, and will help you discover all about the Yasuni National Park.
