This 4,000 acre farm is beautifully located high in the Andean mountains, a couple of hours drive away from the capital city. Whilst at the hacienda you can horse ride, trek, cycle and enjoy some of the finest Ecuadorian meals. The super chef often uses ingredients from the organic farm on the property to make seasonal and fresh local food with a modern twist. They also have an Andean Condor rehabilitation program (The Condor Huasi Project) on the property that you can visit.
