All of the rooms are locally designed with art work by Bahian artists and bespoke furniture made with locally sourced materials. Rooms are warm in colour and make for very nice places to sleep. Rooms either have a balcony or terrace, depending on the size and category of the room-of which there are a lot. The bungalows also have a Jacuzzi.
This is a spread out property in amongst the well-manicured gardens inhabited by troops of monkeys and exotic colourful birds. There are paths that meander around the 25metre pool that also connects the rooms to the main building and the beach. At the beach there is a lovely private relaxing area complete with large sofas and a little bar.

The hotel also has a Jacuzzi, a steam room, a library, a bar and a restaurant. The local area has some small traditional restaurants and bars for the evening. During the day it can get very hot and surf, soaking up the rays and the lazy life prevails in these parts.
