M/Y Tucana Riverboat is an 18 person comfortable exploration vessel that sails the Amazonian waters in northern Brazil.
M/Y Tucana Riverboat-The Details
There are 9 cabins with a capacity for 18 guests ensuring a personalised and small group expedition. The cabins have varnished wooden floors and walls and windows. You do not spend much time in your room as they are relay only comfortable and spacious enough for sleeping and washing in.
The main dining area has wooden tables, large windows and a 180 degree balcony to walk around whilst sailing. This main area also has indoor sofas and seating areas where you can relax and read a book from their small on board library.
Our favourite area of the boat is the spacious observation platform on the upper deck as you can relax underneath the sun or in the shade as the vessel navigates the Amazon.
M/Y Tucana Riverboat - What to do
Whilst on the boat all meals will be included, as will the daily exploration excursion run by the naturalist guides that sail with the vessel. Each day there will be a couple of light excursions and nothing overly strenuous.
A great way to discover the Amazon and an ideal trip for those that want to see a lot without having to trek everywhere.
